System and Membership money back guarantee requirements:

You must fill out the money back guarantee form before 1 hour of scheduled start of your event. You may only fill out the form 1 time for the life of your individual membership. You have only 30 days from the start of your membership to be eligible to qualify to receive your money back. Past 30 days if you don't submit your first pick with us then you will be ineligible to have a refund on your membership. If you lose your first pick you will receive a 100% refund if all requirements are matched. On Membership purchase you will be refunded your first month and have the right to cancel out of your membership with no renewal fee. Failure to cancel will mean that you will be re billed the system membership fee for the following month. You must cancel 48 hours before your system will be re billed the following month. Example purchased on 1/1/06 must submit cancellation request on your money back guarantee by 1/29/06

System Membership Requirements:

I understand that I will automatically be billed every month for up to the end of the System membership final playoff game. The membership will renew on the first of each month. You may cancel at any time prior to 10 days prior to the first of the next month and pay the cancellation fee. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal. This membership is on a sports season basis. Example (Basketball ends End of June, Baseball end of October, Football End of February, Hockey end of June) Any discounts used will be valid for the first month of the membership only. All other months the membership will be at full price up to the end of your sports membership playoffs. You may cancel at any time before your membership expires but there is a one time $39.95 cancellation fee.

 Example buy Basketball in march 2006 you will be billed your first months membership fee plus a $39.95 activation fee and billed on April 1st, May 1st, June 1st. If you choose not to cancel by June 1st you will be given the Baseball Membership until November 1st. If you choose not to cancel you will be given the Football Membership until Feb 1st. Then back to basketball on Feb 1st. There is only one activation fee for first time users for any membership. All monthly memberships will be $39.95 until a member cancels.
